Default young bloke looking for some training

hi guys not sure if im in the right spot. ive not long come back from the mines to the family farm and i have doing a bit of work for a couple of fellas running diggers knocking down trees, which is all good cos the trees are on the ground all i have to do in cut them in to managable pieces for the loader. but i would like to advance my self, so that if the need arose to fell a tree i could step in to the breach with skill and confidence and do the job safley. now can any one suggest the best place to obtain such training. any suggestions would be greatly apreciated cheers

The course I just did was run by a bloke based out of Mt Gambier in SA, he goes all over the place and he said he goes over to Vic a bit to do training. if your interested call Logging Investigation and Training Association and they will give you Stuart's mobile number or if you get 10 posts up I could PM it to you. He's an old school logger and does the CFS training and accident investigations, so he's got plenny of stories of what not to do.
