Default Would you dob them in?

Did a quote yesterday and the house next door did this to all their trees plus the council's trees on the footpath, fresh sawdust, was just done!

Flamin disgusting. And what if they got some "tree lopper" idiot to do it, if a tree crew did that they should be fined!

Council should definately go them for the damage to street trees, homeowner would have to provide details to council officers as to id of the idiots who did that.

Definately dob them in.

That is a huge billboard to everyone else saying: It's ok, the council won't mind.

They're probably expecting them to "bush up". I know down here if you cut a council tree and get caught the fine starts at $600 (per tree) upwards.

Definately notify the council. I'll find i pic i have of a large platanus street tree down here that i suspect got poisoned by the homeowner. It the got lopped back and a big sign fixed to it warning tree vandals will be fined up to $10,000 & left as an ugly reminder to them. I'm sure they thought it would get removed once it died!

OK then, 8 say yes, 1 says no at this point.

I have no idea who says what but the dobbing will commence, hey, some sort of ritual communal dobbing too!

We'll have to have beers or something, dob in a tree hacker, what about the company (if it was a company) that did it. Like to know who.

Address of offence is 17 Eldorado Street Bracken Ridge 4017 Brisbane QLD .... emailed council just now.
