Default What are you guys paying for arb pants

Maybe its just me but clogger have changed there lining on there new pants to a coarse mesh instead of a silky lining they have had in the past. With spikes on for long periods and the odd bit of sawdust that can find its way down there this new mesh is like sand paper.I have a a few other brands like stihl etc.So to cut a long story short what are you guys paying for pants in aus?My supplier has said they have just jumped in price to around $300nzd for cloggers or stihl which puts them up with the sip's for price.

Front only, nice and light ideal for hot weather.

All round required for Cannucks in winter, and idiots who saw behind their legs.

Man I have a pair of Stihls and two pair cloggers pre-arrestex fabric.. The Stihls are huge and clunky out front although the backs feel like you are butt naked comfortable. While with my cloggers nice and agile out front, and while still comfortable out back, you don't have that butt naked comfy feeling like you do in the Stihls. For me, Cloggers FTW - hands down.

Depends if you want arborist pants or just general Chainsaw pants... Last pair of chainsaw pants i got which were Clogger where $139+ GST and my last arborist pants which where Clogger where $195+ GST.... I have a pair of the stihl ones but burnt a hole in them with a pole saw exhaust... Dont rate them at all... Clogger all the way, Who are u getting them from?

i use stihl hi-flex and strech air, i buy them from the uk, i find all the pants that stihl imports to aus shithouse.....mountain designs make some good "climbing pants" if you will they breathe well are strong really comfy they arent chainsaw protective. but i try to prune mostly with my silky.

Anyone have the SIP Comfort Range Stretch Pants, I was thinking of geting a pair of these, as I am just sweating my ass off in my arbowear pants.

SIP pants $200US

Also thought of maybe trying the arborwear tech pants a bit lighter and supposedly keeps you dry all day, and their a shit load cheaper.

Other than the full cover across your nuts, what else has changed on the Cloggers chaps with the implementation of the new AS/NZS ?

Of course I bought a new pair last October, then the new standard comes out.....

TREEGEAR Arborist Supplies now have these and the whole SIP range, including the new Progress models.

At better than US prices too
