Default We need help to enforce regulations!!!

Check out these photos of a job I went to quote and the work "had already been done by someone else" when I got there.

Job is a battle ax block in a fairly new estate.

Think I'm going to report this to the Redlands council. See photo 003. This tree has only had the front stem removed. This is just shear laziness and discraceful.

Report them, but unless the trees are protected there's nothing that can happen.

Shocking work, and they dont know what a scarf is ... just hinged it off the bark etc.

Pic's need to be rotated and resized, 700px to 800px wide pics are ideal and around 100kb or less.

People dont give a crap and hire any ole wanker, waste ya time quoting and jobs done, cancel the night before etc ... decency has gone out the window and regulations/fines are the future or forget it.

When you see work like that, it makes it seem like your name was being drawn out of a hat if they were calling for estimates.

And I would say that's about the approach of 75% of people and their attitude to your business and treatment of you cold.

Do all you can to report it. The customers you get up there Eric seem to be a small minority for us down here.

Speaking of dodgey, I was looking at a dead tree that the council cut down the other day. Scarf with angled back cut plus they compromised the hinge... The more I look around at the council work the more dodgeyness I find with it and their treeworkers.
