They caught one, finally! Transparency is the key to this, trust me, back door deals, kickbacks, backstabbing and bullshit run rampant in most places! In this day and age there's no reason for not being completely transparent, all the way. But they'd all be too gutless to do that, they might lose their jobs. Public scrutiny has served well in most fiascos.
