| honey locast, [i]Robinia psudoacacia[i] right? cool thorn's, great street tree handles pollution real good, and can work with a compacted site, if my memory serves me right sounds like a interesting job, any rigging involved or just snatching ? ![]()

| i beleve honey locus belong in the gleditsia genus say Gleditsia triacanthos most of what i was doing was just cut and throw but rigging is involved here and there. but these ones dont have thorns. Robinia is black locus those things are nasty to prune, big thorns, and i fine the tear very easly, even with fine finshing with a hand saw or sharp felcos |

| NG, yeah, my g/f just sent it to me the other night. They took the picture at a pool party I went to and I thought it was pretty awesome. It's my true character coming out. I'm working out a trade with the Conference Center I used to work at for a huge fifth wheel RV trailer in exchange for doing a bunch of trees for them. I wanna get outta this little trailer and that thing was made in the 90's and its really nice inside. I hope it works out.

| Just finished workin' on a big walnut tree in San Jose, this is my uncle climbin'. notice the old school jack stickin' out the side! Here's the old oak were workin' on today...one of three spars is on the ground, the other two are split from the 150yr. old stump. The homeowner wants to keep it! Ain't it an an awesome lookin' tree? |

| Just looks like an awesome tree to me with no significant targets from what we can see in the picture.

| I agree, but it would be a shame if more leaders bust like the back one shown, ideal candidate for some props.

| Yes, props are a good underused option in such circumstances as that in the pic.
