Well

Due to rain most of the week, 100mm in total here till it stopped tonight, I spent a great deal of time on the PC and this forum software.

I accomplished a lot, and I can tell you that this joint is so hotted up in the back rooms if I told you what I've done I'd have to kill ya.

One of the improvements you should notice is page loading times... much faster.

Anyway, just gone midnight here and I have quotes tomorrow starting 7.30am so see ya's later.

Spent the day with wife and kids in the garden, having a barby. Kids on the trampoline, that didn't last long though. The little fella was running into the house, tripped and whacked his nose on the step. You can imagine - blood and tears all over the place and that was the wife The little blighter is ok though, 2 trained medics present, but you know how women are ; "TAKE HIM TO HOSPITAL.........." Any way he's sound, apart from a couple of shiners. Tough breed.

Sean

Thanks for the pic, pretty beat up tree for the botanical gardens ... cyclone damage?

Seems to have for very similar to tuckeroo (Cupaniopsis anacardioides) but trunk colours look like London plane.

The only up side to that story besides noone getting hurt (apparently) is you having picked the tree as a candidate for total failure well in advance...very fe of us will ever have that happen.....see heaps of after failures sure but few that are screaming out like that one.

And it was done purely off VTA and no drilling, air spade, excavation or anything ... just plain skill mate.

It does suck!

However, from what heard "nicking stuff and getting bargains at the pub" is a way of life there ... a good flogging when caught is too! LOL

Pinching from tradesmen is lowlife material, most times the tools aren't insured in open air.

Thieves need to pinch insured goods, from shops etc. not bloody tradesman.
