Near buildings eh ... subsidence?

What's the soil profile? Just kidding, you'd also have to know the foundation spec of the building and if it's appropriate ... not our job really.

Well subsidence is part of it I quess though extremely unlikely this is at the local Uni, these buildings were built with massive foundations don't believe there's a tree alive that could influence the sub grade under these suckers!!

No its mostly aimed at providing them with a 5yr management plan for the trees near their buildings to allow them to budget for current and future works as well as eliminate any immediate problems esp self sown trees whilst they are small.
It just all takes time and after about 300 trees your mind starts going numb...so I'm trying to assist that process

We are redoing the office at frier's.They want 9 foot celings. It would work but the bosses already had us build the new roof on top of the old one and they don't want to take the risk of collapsing the new roof in by tearing out the old roof from inside.I think they should have remembered the six p's.

Cut down every tree on a guys block today, all of them.

Some gums (ironbark and stringybark), frangipani, paperbarks etc ... the whole shabang and stuffed it into an 18" chipper. Got about 20m3 of mulch.

Reason, subsidence, engineers recommendations, house is cracking up and on clay pan.

Felled and chipped 3 coconuts, 4 small washingtonias a fig and a wattle in a car park being redeveloped for yes more units we just can't have enough units in our town (so it would seem!)

The we drove out to the edge of town to fell some scary gums with major termite activity and fungal cankers, wished I'd taken some shots to show you, pretty scary felling so left it to Tim...watched from a bunker

LOL

I wrestled a Dosko 20hp for many years, but mate, for around the same price as a stump grinder you can get a miniloader too and that does way more work than the stump grinder alone.

Well worth it, just do the mods on the grinder or better still, buy it less the motor and clutch and stick a 27hp Kohler direct drive on .... WHOOOHOOOOOOO
