Sick Red maples

Default Sick Red maples

I need help figuring out what is wrong with our 3 red maples. Just planted 3 years ago. This year they got their leaves but much fewer leaves. There are some bare branches. The trunk has round green moldy growth on them.
What can I do to save them?
