I thought I mentioned before that I also farm, I think I might have to go with stupid. I just looked out the kitchen window and noticed something kind of neat, one our 20' flatdecks is parked over by the mill, and its bouncing up and down about 3". That not that unusual for this area, the interesting thing is that it has about 6000 lbs of logs on it. I wish I had a good video camera like Ekka, everytime I think about buying one they come out with something "NEW". When will it all end???

Well I might qualify on both accounts, but it sounds like you've got plenty of work out there anyway. I'm used to cold weather... Hmm, and you've got lots of work... <thinks>

soooooo.... what's rent like out in your neck of the woods?

Therrin, there is an extreme shortage of rental space, you couldn't even find a house to buy. We are experiencing a mini population boom right now, they are mostly retirees from Alberta. They are tired of high utility costs, crime, and the fast pace of lifestyle. We are all laid back in Sask. and we wave at everyone.

The other problem is the work permit issue, You don't happen to have any British ancestors do you? On second thought, I could pay you in ground beef, my brother-in-law has lots of that stuff! I don't think the US costoms guys will let you back across the border with it though.

Quintrex, at this stage of the game, I would like to offer you a personal invitation to come visit us, don't forget to bring your coveralls and your checkbook. I have two options with this farm, sell it to you OR divorse my ground PERSON. You see I was a O/O of a longhaul truck for a few years, and there are two things that are hard on a marrriage 1. Being a Cop 2. Being a truck driver

After the first 2 week stint on the road I came home and Marlene and I went to see the lawyer. We had him draw up a post-nuptual agreement. We kept it real simple; if she leaves me, she HAS to take the farm.I'm kinda thinkin' I just might me married until they put me in a box.

So heres the deal, you come visit, sign the check, I let you make your fortune farming and cuttin' trees.

PS. We are about 75 miles from the nearest lake, I have lots of tools to fix the stuff you break on the way to the summer fun!
