Post-mortem examinations of around 700 koalas in the region found most were "wasted" – or starving – when they died.

yes i heard that from a friend of ours she does animal rescue north of brissy! she said the biggest problem is they will only eat from certain trees and if you don't give them the right one they won't eat.
