Quotes who dont cancel!

It was Saturday 10.45am at Wynnum. I have a quote booked for a yard load of removals but when I turn the corner this is what I see.

To the inconsiderate people out there, thanks for wasting my time, on a Saturday, and judging by the mess the crowd that made it is pretty slap dash.

Any other trade would bill you $100 for calling us out, for nothing!

This seems to happen a bit over there. You may just have to make your appointments tentative, dependent on whether you are able to talk to them the night before. No confirmation - no trip out on a Saturday. Nice mess they left.

Were you able to pick up the chipping work?

LOL!

I would have laughed in their faces if they had asked me for a quote on the clean up. I do always call right before I go out.

Send them an invoice for an attendance fee. They won't pay but the message might get through.

I always call first, expecially if the clients seems in a rush.
