Default Question

Where do you hope to see you and your company in 5 years time?

Me, hopefully my son will be working with me and touch wood I'll have one other gang on the go, I'd like a bigger grinder 7015 or current model, 12 inch+ chipper and bigger tractor or crane lorry [I think a lorry and loader is a must]..

I'd like to be doing more commercial and site clearance work, I'd like my own industrial unit and office..

I'd like to be interspersing my working week with PHC and consultancy..

Same size but with a few specialised machines, no more than 5 guys total...a nice big yard or factory with most rented out and my gear out the back.

chipper, stump grinder, one employee that I can train to climb, and one good groundsman that can work a port-a-wrap. I can use labor finders for additional temp workers.
