So, whose turn is it to crack this case? Any takers? You know what has to be done, you have to ring and speak with the honcho and find out the cycle of ignorance and who is responsible. Try to also find out what incompetent did the job too. Just another government example, disgusting, and they actually think people will buy number plates with "the smart state" written on it.
