it looks like a bay or some type of magnolia.Where abouts in orlando are you?i'd be willing to see it in person to get a positive id on it for you.

It's on the northwest corner of James & Washington in Thornton Park. Thornton Park is 3 blocs due east Lake Eola..

yep,kinda sorta downtown area,i'm pretty sure of where thats at[i'm on the south end of town,off of town center blvd.

Looks like a yellow Tabebuia to me. She will show spectacular yellow in june. Can't give you the latin at the moment. Good luck ! Fish
