Default Moreton Bay Regional Council takes a dump on the arboriculture industry in SEQ

MBRC is currently in the process of intergrating it's tree services department into the "grounds maintenance" sector. This means that trees will be assessed by lawn mower men and tree crews will be supervised by them also. No trainning will be provided and our specialized skills ignored. GREAT!

They're just big grass anyway ...... that's how some think.

I think BCC has stuff all arborists too coz lots of idiotic decisions are coming from ecologists, at least a lawn man lives in the real world and may come round to our way of thinking.
