maple syrup

just got in yearly magazine for maple supplies. mid march will be boiling syrup. i get the itch as soon as the first magazine comes in . a buddy of mine called last night . he got back from a trip to new zeland. hawai. and austraila. he gave out little bottles of my maple syrup to people he met along the way .one was a locale chief .

Me and my father used to make it takes hours of boiling .
