Default Landscapers | scraping | concreting | turfing

I drive past this location often and watched the landscaping get done. These pics were taken yesterday and the landscaping was done between 3 and 6 months ago.

Although there was old concrete around the gum trees on the left clearly the new didn't agree with the tree, also a new drain is there. Often old concrete is pulled up, bobcat scrapes the soil and down goes the new concrete.

With concrete and a shed next door much of the TPZ is already lost. So what is left is even more fragile as far as disturbance goes. The tree closest the road front left is now dead .... also the trees on the right side behind the fence are bordered by a building on the neighbours side so they too now are under more pressure but inside the gate from aerial views it shows only grass .... so new turf laid but after a scrape.

Here's the before pics I got of Google street view.

And the after pics

And the owners are prob asking you, "Why are the trees dying. The landscaper said they would be ok" LOL
