Default ISA certification

Does anyone know if you can sit for ISA Certification in New Zealand, or Australia?

You can sit the exam anywhere that ISA accepts the exam supervisors as being able to govern the exam...proctors I think they are called (yes I know sounds bad eh) There should be no problem sitting it in NZ its not a big deal over here, they usually run them during Arb camps or conferences.
