Default Industry regulation

Hi everyone, what is happening with regulation of the arb industry in Australia? I know this is a massive can o worms but I'm very interested to know where it's at, and if we might be heading down the regulation path, also keen to know pro's and con's of being a regulated trade. Please share your opinions!
