i got offered a job from a company in toledo ohio called TreeCareInc. they offered me $30 an hour 10 hour days 4 days a week if i move from hawaii. well guys, i took the job offer and im relocating to the states in two weeks. hawaii is nice but theres not enough tree work for me here. i was born and raised here and will miss it verry much but its time for the palm tree josh to start a new life with a good company.

I am sure you will do well Josh -- are you up to climbing in snow?

Well Josh, I generally quit late December, sometimes early January if it is warm enough. Don't like to climb below -10 to -15 deg C. Light snow isn't too bad, though a decent cleanup is a pain. But the wind is toughest -- esp on the climber. THe groundman gets to move around, but the climber gets more exposure, minimal movement and freezes fast. It is just as well the mufflers (chainsaw) provide heat to warm up your hands. LOL Be sure to shop around for some good long johns. And then there is the humidity in the summer. Stifling! I am sure you will do well, just your body will need to adjust to the changing seasons more.

Holy crap, Hawaii to Ohio, that takes some balls!
Life in the Midwest is sweet though, the change of seasons offers a little bit of everything, except surfing of course!
Good Luck man!
