The tips of the branches were hanging and twisted. The leaves were limp, very limp. It sat out in freezing cold for a night, and I just picked it up yesterday. My husband cut the dead tips off, and the trunk/limbs are still up, not falling over as of this morning. Is there more we can do to keep it alive?

They're pretty hardy, you can cut them off anywhere you like, shove them in the ground and keep them watered and they'll grow.

But around here it's warm to hot, like Florida, don't know where you are but I think they'd not like cold much.

Keep moist but not wet, you know, like most plants.

We live in Georgia, but two nights ago it got down to close to 20 degrees or so, maybe less, not sure. Have it back inside now. Friend had put it outside for us to get it, and we weren't able to pick it up till yesterday.
