Default Fuel Tax Credits

Is it possible to get 38.143 cents rebate for diesel used in a wood chipper doing tree work ie not in a saw mill etc. Maybe calling it Agriculture or forestry?
Or do we have to be happy with 19.0715 cents and stick it in All other activities?
Like most people I had a sales tax exemption for chipper parts as a primary producer (seeing I sold mulch) before GST was introduced. But the GST changed all that.
