Default Eucman vs Oakmen???

This is not a challenge. I am just wondering the definition of each. I have an idea that a eucman deals with palms. Maybe I dont know because we really dont have any palms around here. The ones we do have were brought in from Florida and whoever installs them, maintains them. Sorry if this is a stupid question. But I need to know the difference.

Nah, a eucman has jack to do with palms.

There's this old school theory that oakmen are more refined, caring for ancient trees through generations of arborists. Care to be taken, lots of pruning, lots of thinking, redirects etc.

And eucmen are rough tough knock'm down climbers, many with just a pole strap cracking out big sections and clearing the way for modern man.

Ah, something like that I think.

Sigh, I love my Euc's but I also don't go up with JUST a pole strap...

I've always considered a Eucman an Aussie and an Oakman a Yank
