For some ridiculous reason I was considering buying another unreliable british vehicle, so I was researching and stumbled upon this thread. Tree removal cost ? - Australian Land Rover Owners So interesting to hear peoples opinions, dont you think? Last edited by Eric Frei; 2nd March 2011 at 06:32 AM. Reason: changed link |

Often all people care about is price, they see the end result as the same .... tree is gone, so why pay more for the same result?

Don't worry Garry, I've had several myself and spent many thousands without good reason, though was considering a Disco3 until I read the multitude of faults.. I've been a happy Toyota convert for 3 years now though need a family truck and think Cruisers are to big for, well everything.. Cheers, |

| I bought a LR Discovery SE '94 last year and its been less troublesome than the Toyota I had. Every car has its issues and in my experience so far Toyota has come out on the bottom.

screw landrover. my first car was a landrover and they are more of a city car rather then an off roading vehicle. we drive a chevy 3500 or my uncles ford F250 both have a hydraulic dump bed and custom built sides on the bed for chips. |

| LoL. True though for my experience. Although at the Vic 4WD show the other week this 1 RR kept stopping for some reason, but it was the Nissans that kept getting bogged, obviously except for the super modified 4WDs. The stock LR/RRs were doing good where the not so majorly modded Nissans were getting stuck.
