| OOhhhh no!!! Here in Arkansas USA we just got over two weeks of strait 100+ degree heat and it has done a number on all the trees. Roughly 60 percent of them have already started losing their leaves, turning colors, and even wilting. Bad news. Hopefully we get a bunch of rain soon and bring'em back to life.

| OOOHHHH DONT YOU DARE!! haha. No, we have really strong trees. Where I live they are mostly hardwoods: Hickory, some oaks, elms, walnut. They are all great trees but the land under all the leaves is usually rocky and hard.

| LOL That got ya fired up ... sounds like euc territory, those buggers will grow out of rocks and take weeks of stinking hot weather. One outfit here advertised pruning your drought stressed trees to aid their recovery! They pulled that ad after I dobbed them in, big company, typical.

| They will probably do fine by next year. I was just looking at one of my shrubs that we were storing in a pot in shade. We moved it to a late day sun area (morning shade) and the leaves started to look pitiful - some fell off. Anyhow, after 6 to 8 weeks, its getting new leaves. They won't get very big - but its fine. Next year, you should see new green leaves in spring. But its a bit late in the season for improvement this year. |
