Yo was just wondering what the current rates are that contract climbers charge in queensland? and what rates good climbers get working in a company?

Loppa's right! It's all down to being qualified and how good you are, if you have been on a commercial crew climbing every day for a few years your going to be better than a guy who jumps up a tree once or twice a week, therefore rates vary alot. you have to build a reputation for doing good work with companies, dont bi**h about any thing just get on with it, turn up when you say you will helps, some think it's acceptable to let people down then wonder why the phone stops ringing. what gear are you bringing to the job site? if it's you and a rope and harness then your at the $100 mark

Being employed full time varies too rates go from $22 per hour to about $45 per hour but to get the top rate you are doing more than climb.
