Hey, Imagine parking your car in the morning where you usually park it, only to come back in the afternoon to find it buried under branches damaged by a pack of idiots who didnt care about what they doing ! Is it the fault of the car owners for parking where they did, or did the treeworkers just not care about what they were doing ? ![]() ![]() Quote:

That's ridiculous!!! I just finished a job pruning 21 Live Oaks at a Mall all over the parking areas. Of course people wanted to park in the shade. So we coned off the area well outside the crown drip lines and worked. Never dropped so much as one leaf on a car. There were a couple of cars that we couldn't find owners for who parked there before we started so we professionally removed the tree debris very carefull. Nothing to it, except at little extra effort and time. We moved the area as we worked, no excuse for such disregard for others' property or crappy work legacy like that. If you aren't professional, don't advertise that you are!!!! |

Pretty amazing. I've done lots of jobs where the homeowner said they would move the car and didn't -- and we took the tree down or trimmed it without any damage to the car - both from above the car and from moving brush past the car. Are obviously people who don't care about others property. I kind of agree with the fellow about climbing the tree to get him to stop -- or maybe just cut the tree down (hopefully with him in it) to get his attention. Reminds you of the old phrase, One bad apple spoils the lot.
