What about region ... can you narrow it down coz the joints as big as Europe and things vary a lot.

I got a book on nothing but eucs ... and it still doesn't have them all! And not all in there have pictures

Melbourne ... but the weather sucks. Sydney's full of Lebos apparently, remember the Cronulla bashings?

What started it?

From: 2005 Sydney race riots: Encyclopedia II - 2005 Sydney race riots - Background and analysis
Quote:
On Sunday 4 December 2005, a group of male youths of presumed Lebanese descent were playing soccer on a Cronulla beach when the North Cronulla surf lifesavers are reported to have asked them to stop, as it was disturbing other users of the beach. The response from the youths was allegedly: "Get off our beach. This is our beach. We own it." Gerard Henderson, columnist at The Sydney Morning Herald, alleges that the surf lifesavers then provided the youths with "a degree of verbal provocation", and "reminded the south-western suburb inhabitants that they could not swim". [28] Shortly thereafter three surf lifesavers (aged 15, 19 and 20) were confronted by initially four, and then later up to twelve individuals, and in the process were allegedly assaulted.

Roller,

These are a few books I have but they mostly cover South East Queensland.

QDPI, 1995, “Trees and Shrubs” Revised edition, State of Queensland
Blombery A., 1972, “What Wildflower is that?" Paul Hamlyn, Sydney
Qld Museum, 2003 "Wild Plants of Greater Brisbane" Queensland Museum, Brisbane
Jones D. 1984, "Palms in Australia" Reed Books, Sydney
Brooker & Kleinig, 1990 “Eucalypts Vol 1”, Revised edition, Inkata Press, Melbourne
Macoboy S., 1979 “What Tree is that?”, Revised edition, Lansdowne, Queensland

You could also try publications from the National Botanic Gardens, Royal Sydney Botanic Gardens, Royal Melbourne Botanic Gardens or Kings Park Botanic Gardens in Perth.

If you mean Central Coast, NSW, the weather is good but I don't think it could support another tree co, and there are climbers everywhere.

If you specialize in something, there are some "big money" areas around, but way out of town.

Maybe take A Lopa's advice, Perth is where the $'s are at the moment.

PS, Sydney weather today middle of winter: Blue sky, 20C at 4.30pm at home.
