Default StrictlyPalms' Pics

My first Job with the Baumvelos. They worked great. I unfortunately am out of shape after 3 weeks in Vegas and holiday dinners and need to get my stamina up.

before, you can see the climbers on the tree on the left. Takes all of 5 minutes to attach. They do need slight adjustments (tightening or loosening around the trunk) as you climb or descend to keep the cantilevers in the right position. Very similar in speed and technique I'm sure to spikes, but no damage to the tree.

The disadvantage is that spikes are way cheaper, even the higher end models.
Palms are herbaceous in other words they don't have a cambium and technically they aren't trees.I personally don't think gaffs hurt palms if they are sterilized between uses.i use bleach and hot water,Then prior to cleaning i spray them down with round up.jk.

Spurring skinned palms looks like $#!t.

Other than that...
