Did you just spray the chip on the ground or have to haul it away?

Like, do you have to keep moving your truck around all over the site to catch the chip?

Some we chipped and sprayed, the rest we hauled away, basicly the contractor was only interested in us clearing/felling the trees safely and turning them into something other than huge mounds of brush wood and logs..

We had quoted to grind the stumps out, but the contracts manager said don't bother we've got a 24 ton backhoe that will rip them out and a spare 40yard bin/ skip to put the roots in...

These are the guys I love to work for, they're on the ball so to speak..

With so much rain in this country you just cant go off road with the average tipper truck, you'd be up to your axels in no time, tracked chippers, 4x4 tractors etc are the only way to tackle lot/land clearing in this country..

On site clears I always recommend stump/root excavation over grinding ... we have bad termites here and getting all the timber out of the ground is wise.
