I thought Shea saw the light a few months ago and stopped spiking trees to prune them...

Nice setup there, VL... Got a question about that polesaw though...
We've got all polesaws from silky and I find that the hayauchi bends a lot when being used at the largest lenght. The hayate on the other hand is heavier but it doesn't bend like the hayauchi.

On the other hand... Where is your sink, mate?

I just ordered a Barnel, have you tried one. The Hayate was a bit expensive here. I asked on another thread about them and decided on the Barnel not the Hayauchi, I'll test it on monday.

I don't find the bending much of a problem, not for the reach i get. I've read good reviews on the hayate also, but until my hayauchi breaks, it's far better than anything else i can afford.

The Barnel has a better price than the silky. That's all I've ever heard about it. Let us know how it performs.

LOL If i thought a sink would make my job safer, or easyer, I'd have one on my truck.
