| Yes I agree, There are other negitives aswell. Look where the water main is and front tap, At a guess I would say it would be a straight line to the kitchen amoungst the root system. Also the box up the side of the house is a gas main to close to the roots. This specimen has been there for some time, I hope no idiot removes it. It would have to classified as unique flora to the area. ![]() ![]()

When I was up at the Gold Coast at Easter, I took a coach up to Brisbane for the day. The driver said: "Welcome to Queensland! Up here we're 25 years behind the times, but it's 10 degrees warmer!" |

Was in Moonford (via Monto QLD) on the weekend, and got to see a few remnant specimens of Brachychiton rupestris in their natural habitat. This one was spectacularly huge - next time I'll get a person beside it for scale. Absolutely great to see.

| LOL, they get that tall, hardly look like a bottle anymore. This is what they should all look like I reckon, when they have this form they're absolute stunners. Tree Register : National Register of Big Trees

That Brachy at Sydney BG in that photo is on quite a serious angle now, it has been cabled to a straggly Euc just up the hill. There is another bigger one at the bottom garden that is nearly all the way over. I love this great example in the front of a terrace in Woollahra, Sydney. Hope it don't grow so chubby there dudes! |
