Default one big pinus radiata down

felled a big pinus radiata today, ( bout 45mtrs high), got mushi to go up to hook the cable on ready to be felled, use the 088 with the 41" bar, getting it down was no problem but getting the cable out from under it when it was down was a right pain in the butt

Did you tie the butt of the log to the stumpor anything, or just take a punt that it wouldn't skate down the hill

normally we do but not on that one as it was to far to carried over from one end of the property to the other and it was a big tree to be playing around with, lucky for us it was a drop and leave( I like them jobs sometime)

the front cut was actually down low as we could get it ,the bank drop down a bit where the stump is so I had to cut high to get above the front bottom cut
