No one is hurt.
Btw, the tree was inspected half a year ago by classified arborists (!). They found it ok, but adviced to fell some other trees in that park.
The reason why it came down is probably rot and fungus caused by digging years ago.

I would say this is highly likely to be the case, in the shot showing the underside of the root crown it is possible to see the fractures in the roots and they certainly do have characteristics common to wood that has been extensively decayed.

Emotionally it was of course a shock to see his jewel like this. However, his comment was: It has become a bit lower than earlier! followed by a couple of words I think we don't need to translate.
