My Beautiful New Fence.

The fencing contractors finished it yesterday, they did such a great job and I'm so happy with it. They cleaned up beautifully as well, clearing that land a bit gave us heaps of firewood for next year, they just burned the scraps.

I let the horses out there this morning, they went ballistic! I think they thought for one wild moment they were totally free forever, they weren't! haha, but they do have another 20 acres to run in.

I'm not really sure Ekka, they quoted for the whole job, not by the metre, I just told them where to go and what trees to leave, which was a lot. I marked the one's to go with a blast of can spray.

It would surround around 20 acres in a funny shape because of the trees I wanted to save and because the terrain was a bit up and down in parts.

Probably close to 3ks of fence line all up though, at a guess. There are 3 farm gates and 4 spurs for jumping. That saves the bother of opening gates.
