If you ppl dont like the way we do things then thats fine with us....but everyone can always be "a lil safer" so when u critizie someone look at the things u do urself.....its our choice on how we run our bussiness.....

Well, if he's suing him for taking photos and posting them here and having a chat then that says a lot for USA freedom of speech and expression.

I doubt it's that, it's something else. He's just using this as another thing to beat Behemoth up with I think.

Behemoth, anyone can sue anytime ... but lots get thrown out, dont even make 1st base. I'd like to see him explaining to a judge how he sued a worker for putting pictures of unsafe practices onto an arborist forum and seeking advice ... yeah, that'll make K & M look real big.

Then print this thread out and show the judge the threats and bullying and attitude from Mr K&M.

Also, as you are being abused go to WC and make a stress claim, it's valid.

I think it is the same person posting in both names. Same dialogue/dialect.

What is the huge empire we know as K&M? It appears to me it is a flat bed with compressed board sides, set of climbing gear and an 020 and an 044?

Yeah I think it's the same person too. The guy who's supposed to be the head of the company tries to come off like some real professional but he still "manages 2 talk to u like hes txting sum1, n b4 u kno it " he's slamming everyone who responds.

Some PA yokel jerkin a chain. It's all bs. Damn trolls.

They probably think that since we're on a forum that we all talk like 12 year olds texting eachother and it's a hip way to fit in.

I don't post much but I must after reading this. I will admit that some people will not wear their ppe but not the whole frickin state. I run a small company and my men and I wear our ppe from the time we get on a job until we leave. And Lewis and Jaflo just went through our area and all of them had their hard hats on even the flaggers not working near the bucket trucks. Please do not say "this is the PA way" it's not my way it's your way. Next time I get over your way I will invite you to sit in on one of our tail gate safety meetings.

PPE is a sign of professional operator,Saftey meetings onsite happens before and during work.Anything that could cause injury or damage to anything observed by anyone must reported and dealt with or miminised to keep saftey paramount in our workplace.Now, I'm not judgeing you,or anyone else but please take your safety seriously,before fate takes you out of the game.
