When posting a picture file, try to keep it within around ~100-200kb and around ~800 pixels wide. Unless your asking us to help you try and diagnose and identify a tree in which case the bigger the better. Simple online resizer, choose 760px size Also here is a program that resizes a picture with a simple drag and drop and it will even tell you the size of the file before you save it. This one is unique but only works on JPG files. What is unique is you can resize from a URL. That means if you have say a ??????????? address you can copy paste the address of the picture to resize ... no downloading it to your PC required. You also get a choice to rotate the picture if required, some people do load up pictures in the wrong orientation. Once the picture has been resized you can simply right click and save the URL of it to load up to this server, real simple and fast process. ResizR - Easy online image resize
