Default Hi - new to the group

hey every one

this is my first post with many more to come plus pics as i see all you guys love photos. I am from Western Australia and work for a great compony as there climber.

well just a short post for now

G'day mate, haven't been to the Western coast but understand you have some very beautiful big trees out there, looking forard to some pics.

Yes, WA pics would be great, never been there myself.

I have heard you'll get bogged in sand 20kms away from the beach.

That it gets very windy and WA climber become excellent in trees due to this.

That there's an abundance of Washingtonia palms with full beards which need culling.

A mate of mine went down south of Perth to see some large tree that you can climb. The tree has a spiral of steel rods sticking out of it to the top so you climb that like a ladder. Do you know of it?

I've always wondered what the tree industry was like in WA. Is the market flooded over there?
