Default Can anyone please tell me the name of this tree?

Hi guys, I'm trying to find out what tree is this. There are many of them at Southbank of Brisbane. I came across a photo of this tree in this forum - and borrowed it:

Thanks a lot!

Just remembered a funny story about those trees ; we were working this fancy doctors property, my boss is like mr. arb right, anyway we read the work order wrong and a few of us were working this big clump of that stuff up real good with the old school 020s, you know screens out of mufflers and all - when we hear mr. arb screeming in terror. We had whipped up most of the wrong Pandanus ! LOL. He addmitted the work order was confusing though, however it was pretty easy for me to see it was our fault really.
