The crane company we use always sends the same dogman out,most of the time we have already striped all the limbs and the trunk is ready for lifting.We have our own 16ton crane with a hight of 22m that we use for the smaller lifts.When we hire 50ton or more the dogman is part of the deal, the dogman is usually in our Ewp.

| kimtree Some of the pines got milled up, but most of the trees are no good or to big ,we just cut them up for firewood.

| Heya Ace! I've been up there once when I was younger, I'll have to take the trip and do it again sometime soon. Man, that stuff is just breath-taking!!! I always thought the one in your avatar looked decent sized... that stuff changes up the scale quite a bit though!

| yep they are big.. would love to see(& climb)then aswell one day ! Therrin.I think they are the biggest softwood in the world, does any one know?
