Default USA Yellowpages Ads

Started going through their ads and omg some of them are baad, but then I found this one that is just the worst and felt the need to share it with everyone.

Websters Tree Topping. Up in the tower, no harness, waving around the 020 like a flag, no ppe what so ever, not even ear plugs.

Just go through each video and see how bad they are...

This one too, you can tell they only bought the high vis and helmets for the ad, they dont even use the earmuffs on the helmet when on the chipper...

Oh, funny how Yellow Pages is using FREE Google owned YOUTUBE site to push their RIP OFF advertising. Personally I'd ban the likes of Yellow Pages from youtube.

Websters tree topping, OMG, what a pack of cowboys, I wonder if Yellow Pages would pay their legal fees for showing what hacks they are when they lose all that business.

Wow and only 1Mil$ coverage too for "the homeowners peace of mind".

That video is shocking. Sad though cuz you just KNOW there's dozens of crews who work like that every day.

Wow, and "green leaf" tree service. Their whole "you cut we haul", for "homeowners who want to cut their own trees and we come pick up the mess". Imagine the massacres they must see.

Also "we'll be there in an hour". How can you guarantee that? Besides, are they just sitting around waiting for calls?

Yellow Pages would have had to have those businesses permissions for filming that and publishing it, just shows how ignorant they can be all round.

Race to the bottom.

LOL, I read this so had to respond.

Quote:
i am the customer who was helped by this tree service, and let it be known that they did a great job of getting this branch off my house before the next storm did more damage to the house.they where safe in everything they did and looked to have everything under control as they explained everything to me from a safe distence.this job was done fast and safe and anyone who says other wise should mind the own business cause i bet they are less perfect then they let on.
Response:-

"they were safe in everything they did" ... how would you know? This is not your area of expertise is it so frankly you dont have a clue but support this crew due to your bias or ignorance. There were many OSH violations and the narrator was the worst handling saws incorrectly too by cutting between his legs.

When you hire an electrician or plumber do you know what the regulations are for their work to "conform"? No, you don't either but strangely with treework everyones an expert! NOT.

"Notice how slowly we're lowering it, controlling it's direction, lowering it slowly, yes we're lowering it slowly"

Right onto the roof!

Guy goes tromping across the roof, saying they need to pay special attention where they step because the roof is already damaged.

How often do you guys lower limbs onto damaged roofs and cut them up with no harness/helmet/boots etc?

The guy doesnt have a harness on, but has a 'biner clipped to his belt-loop. Looks really hip doesnt it?

Also it's pretty stupid how he started with the camera, then is telling the other guy how to lower the limb, then in the MIDDLE of lowering says "here take the camera, and he goes to finish it off, no helmet, nothing!

And superior video editting skills. At the end "go ahead and turn it off" "which button??" lol...

well , im not a tree man . but i do knonw that the guy on the roof should have had on some protection equipment . but what i did notice was when the roof was repaired the shingles were put on upside down , tabs up to the top of the roof , and they were just nailed on over the other shingles . might still have a leak there h
