I can't see in the video but what are the attachments he is using?

How do you set it up?

At the time it was a mini traxion at chest to shoulder harness, petzel basic to biner at SRT attachment on Sequia SRT Harness . Below the basic is attached a small pulley through whicch runs shock cord down to a pantin on one foot and a foot loop on the other.
But if i know Scotty its been modified/updated by now.
As Ekka said he's been using this for a while now.

Geting the shock cord lenght right could be tricky .
