Yeah good job.

Nice having the gear and the bucket truck.

I notice when you cut the strap on the spars you fell you have a really big gap, like you cut the strap way below the back cut ... why? It looks like a good 6" step on video.

Good question Eric...

I tried to show why with the final shot over which the credits run...

Leaving more wood attached to the trunk and less on the stump, makes the job easier.... No need to make a full flush cut and the resulting piece, instead of being a large cumbersome round, usually goes right through the chipper...

There is plenty of leverage with the pull line to break a big snap cut, so no worries there and I actually have more time to safely get out away from the trunk, before calling for the pull...

Good job and thanks for sharing. I am pretty familiar with bucket work and you must know what your doing with those big cuts to keep from getting banged up.

Big gear for a big job. good video. although If i was the home owner I would kindly ask you to please stop letting the brush end drag acroos the capital of my roof? over and over and .....over I dont have that fancy gear but i could prevent that.
