Yeah I know, we topped this Radiata Pine. But read on. Reason we topped it, is because the owner tried to himself, but lost his nerve. So we shortened the tree so he could fell it the very next day. Leave all waste on site (He was getting a skip bin) It's about 4 minutes long, pretty damn basic, but basic is the reason we have video footage rather then only photos ![]() And as the song suggests, the only tricky part was climbing around all the foot and hand holds that the home owner made for himself ![]() and if ya wanna dl the slightly better quality file 23.8mb: http://www.aonetreeservices.com.au/T...ternSydney.wmv

![]() I never unclipped I was clipping up! ![]() The lower branches and limbs wern't getting cut off, so screw passing the lanyard back and fourth through em - I used them just like I would a ladder then clipped in once I got high enough over them. Oh and last I checked, there was nothing wrong with ascending a tree with one tie in so long as you are always attached to the tree .

Tell me, if using a ladder for access, do you clip up along all of the rungs or do you clip up at top (to the tree)? I saw the branches the same way I saw a ladder.
