Default Its been a while

Ive been very busy with an ice storm last year. Not much surf time. Here are a couple vids Ive done. Hope to be checking in more regularly.

Nice video's, that 2nd video with the water was really really well done, some good shooting in those conditions (rain) and some good angles.

What camera shot that footage, and what sort of file did you upload to Youtube?

Ekka the camera was a sony hc 32 camcorder and a casnon zr 500 camcorder. I did the movie on windows movie maker and uploaded from there.

Very impressive work indeed. In the first one, the smaller crane, were you using it, to suspend yourself while working on the tree? If so, makes sense to have it there. Thanks for posting, and glad to see you back. Bruce.

Yes the cables were holding the tree together and I didnt trust the tree to tie in to.

That's what I thought at first. I don't blame you for not trusting the tree, and not wanting to tie into it. It's fascinating, looking at the work that you guys do. I've never climbed (just to be in a tree stand while hunting deer with a bow, when I was a lot younger), to remove a tree.
treevet open up a post for doing crane work not too long ago, would be nice to see some of your work there too. Still very impressive work. Thanks again. Bruce.
