2 neighbours plus the tree owner all pitched in to get rid of this. The guy with the shed was sick of the leaves The guy with the pool was sick of the leaves. The customer was sick of having the gum tree, they didn't want it to interfere with the new fence going up and know how big they can get. 1.30min and 7.7mb in WMV www.palmtreeservices.com.au/video/ironbark.wmv

Excellent video, good take down. I love spots like the one in the vid. It shows the customer how good we are at what we do.

Yeah, the helcam and mic and LANC on/off button plug into the camera which is all in the camel pack. The bullet cam I use is top class 580 resolution and very clear and adapts quickly to light/shade etc. Very good camera, colours are great etc. The camcorder is a Sony digital DTR15V, bout 3 maybe 4 years old now but very good still and strong. I repaired it once for $500 rather than buy new as has all the features and if you wanted a comparable replacement it is around $1800 these days.

I gotta get one of those bullet cams, coz you got the same camera as me. How ironic is that please.

well those Sony's, if you flip open that cover should have an AV in jack right down the bottom ... and closer to the top a LANC jack. Those there are the winning tickets. The LANC controller is a Sony idea, it's a remote on/off, over rides the normal thumb controls of record or playback. When the little LED remote is green the helcam is on standby, when it is red (push button once) it is recording, when it starts flashing you got 5 mins tape left. Trust me, dont scab out on the bullet cam. This bullet cam actually shoots higher resolution than the normal camera. when you cut a DVD for TV it's friggin sweet I tell you, even the low quality WMV internet files are pretty good. A company over here does it, they supply our cops, special ops etc, and if you know anything about Aussie military you'd know we are one of the smartest players out there.

It looks like your groundies weren't used to natural crotch rigging.

I know man,i alternate between my dad and my brother. My brother is good for moving brush and refueling the saws.My dad is good at rigging and also has all the brush i send down cut up so i don't have to do it when i get down,For some reason[mainly cause my dad hates treework]i end up working with my brother.Ain't no way in hell i'd get him in a tree but hes only been with me a couple weeks noew.He still has to learn 6 knots, how to use a chainsaw, and learn how to lower the line.He also has to learn what let her run means[still feeling the jolt from that one].
