i just want to know if that's going to be a climbing reduction or if the engineer will be using a bucket truck? Will the contract be open for bid so some unqualified person can possibly get the contract or do they have a company in mind.....

The 1/3 reduction for safety was easy ... block 2 of the 6 lanes!

That engineer has no idea, he should have done a pull test to some tug boat in the river!

Or maybe they should have mounted a huge concrete pylon in order to test the bridge. Hmm...which span do you tie your pull rope to...

i really hated to see the soft shoes , seems with the hard hat there he should have been sporting some steel toed boots , i hate to see guys not wearing the proper safty equipment h
