EcoSaw Aussie made commercial firewood processor
YouTube - EcoSaw Commercial Firewood Processor

Dry aussie hardwoods like ironwood, graygum, tallowwood, box, etc.

Proven production rate of 4 cubic meters per hour using un-skilled labour (ie us the manufactures). Possible production rate with an experienced operator and a few tweeks (valves, etc) and softwood should be able to be split at 10 cubic meters per hour.

Smallest Firewood Processor in its production capacity. 3200kg trailer fully loaded, 70lt fuel tank and 250lt hydraulic oil tank.

Max log size on this processor of 600mm x 6m but the configuration canbe modified for individual needs at time of production.

I had a look at your splitter and it looks like an efficient piece of kit, for an investment like this one, Arthur, how much would you need to invest?

JayD

depends on configuration and if you use the governments business insentive.

between $80,000 and $150,000. Leasing costs would be about $2500 per month. The one shown would cost AUD$105,000 but it includes everything except the beer fridge and kitchen sink.

1/ with or without outfeed conveyour and the length 6m to 12m. As the trailer is a 6m trailer that is maximum length so 12m requires a folding conveyour or two seperate ones.
2/ Infeed deck or just the log feed.
3/ 600mm max or upto ??? 800mm (requires 8"ram and 100hp engine so the
trailer needs to be uprated to 4500kg).
4/ trailer or skid

and if you really want to get fancy heated or air-con operators cabin???
(heavy weight at 6,000kg)

As we have designed each section indiviually we have ended up with cascading hydraulic pumps on the engine. This enables us to add or subtract any modual of the system or change to for other uses.

Very easy to remove the splitter and replace it with a milling or molding head and totally change what we supply to you. The modulae concept is only in construction so you cannot change the Processor unless done in the factory.

Later this year we will be producing our own version of the superaxe and allowing those who have purchased a Commercial Firewood Processor to be distributors of the smaller ones.
