Good vid eric love the realisation that the tree is coming your way "oh s***" funny, that thing exploded on impact, what was going o with the cut, i couldn't hear the explanation

Originally they were going to bomb it into the house but then some-one told them no as was still asbestos in the roof.

was the place derelict then? why would you bomb it in to a house unless you don't like the patrons, that wood looked hard as hell.

The house was gonna be demolished ... probably for town houses. This sort of thing is getting very common, inner city blocks houses fetching close to $1million, buy, demolish then sell 6 townhouses etc for $650K each.

That job was in Fig Tree Pocket and a big block.

ah i see would have made a great vid though crashing a dead tree into a house to show th damage that can be done by uncared for trees. the rest of the trees on the block will be going then, once the redevelopment gets going, more work for you?

Some have to stay! DA rules.

Wasn't my job I was just moseying around ... like I do. Pulled up with a trailer load of crap and got it mulched. Idea was I'd get some video of the tree crashing into the house but didn't happen.

Scott was on the saw, dead gum is hard alright but there wasn't a mud tunnel up it at least.

What's the reason to saw one meter above the ground? It's better to cut low, if possible.
